How much notice do you require before the building work starts?
Statutory 5 days notice is required to be given to the local authority and you must submit our "Start of Works" form at least 2 full working days prior to prior to any works starting.
Do you check if the building work needs planning permission?
no - this coverd by seperate legislation and is oudside of our role.
